Shipping, Handling & Delivery

Shipping rates:
All shipping rates are actual fees charged by the shipping provider for
shipping. Wood can be quite heavy and is not inexpensive to
ship. In order to get the best shipping rates, it is recommended
that several purchases be made at once in order to combine shipments
into one package.
Handling:
All orders not being picked up on-site will be processed and shipped out
within two business days. There is never a charge for packaging or
handling, in order to reduce the costs to you, our customer.
Delivery:
Delivery times will vary. Normally, all packages shipped within
the continental US will arrive within 2-9 business days once shipped,
but may occasionally take longer. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and
Puerto Rico may take an additonal 5-7 days. Shipments to APO's may
take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive. If you have a question regarding
your shipment at any time, we provide full package tracking information
to our customers, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week here on our
web site.
