Recommended for experienced turners. Wood is typically yellowish-green in color with white sapwood. This species is dense, and straight grained, but turns very well. Cutting requires sharp tools. Sands to a high lustre, finishes easily, and is stable when dried.

This wood is very dense and will require slow drying and extended drying times.
