Canarywood turns cleanly with sharp tools, producing smooth cuts and crisp detail. Its fine to medium texture allows it to sand easily and finish to a bright, polished surface. When properly dried, canarywood offers good stability, making it suitable for both decorative and functional turning projects. Common uses include turning blanks, bowls, spindles, pens, tool handles, and decorative accents.
