Product Description

Suitable for experienced turners. Wood is typically reddish-brown in color with occasional tan colored sapwood. This species is fairly soft. Grain swirls in multiple directions. Clean cuts require sharp tools. Sands to a medium lustre, may require some care in finishing,and is fairly stable when dried.

These pieces are solid burl throughout, and have no defects present in any pieces.

Drying Tips:

This wood should be dried slowly to minimize checking.
