We will cover return shipping costs in all cases where an error has been made with your shipment, or you find that you are not satisfied with the quality of the wood received.
Buyer will pay return shipping costs in all cases where items were incorrectly ordered.
Upon receiving returns, the customer will have their choice of replacement, refund, and/or store credit.

- Items must be in original condition

- Items have been used or damaged by the receiver

Shipping Costs
All fees are actual costs charged by the shipping company. We do not offer discounts, but do want to help you keep your costs down! Here are some ideas to help reduce your costs:
Ship to business addresses:
Additional fees are charged for shipping to residential addresses, including businesses operating out of a residence. Having your package delivered to a business will reduce your costs.
Order multiple items
Ordering several items at once reduces the cost per piece to ship. Ordering one or two items at a time can be costly, while ordering several additional items may only increase costs slightly.
Order kiln dried wood
If available, kiln dried wood is much less costly to ship. Most kiln dried blanks weigh close to half of their green/undried equivalents.
Have your own UPS account?
If you have your own UPS account, and would like for us to use your rates by shipping the package using your UPS account number, we'll be glad to do so. Just include your UPS account number and the zip code that is associated with that account number in the 'Special Instructions' box on this page. Select "On Site-Pickup" as your shipping option during checkout so that no shipping charges will be billed to you during checkout.
