Product Description
Recommended for experienced turners. Wood is typically dark brown in color with some tan colored sapwood. This species is hard, dense and straight grained. Cutting requires sharp tools. Sands to a high lustre, may require some care in finishing,and is stable when dried.Special Note:
These pieces may occasionally contain light curly figure.Kiln dried to below 10% moisture content
End grain sealed in wax to maintain moisture content

I received these blanks and wa very impressed. The size was in tolerance and the wood was nice and dry. No checks or knots at all. My moisture meter read 0%. They turned very well.
I have before and will continue to purchase turning blanks from here in the future!
