Product Description

Macassar Ebony (Diospyros celebica) is a striking exotic hardwood prized for its dramatic color contrast and exceptional density. The wood features bold black and dark brown striping over a golden to reddish-brown background, creating a highly distinctive and elegant appearance. Macassar Ebony turns cleanly with sharp tools, producing crisp detail and smooth surfaces. Its fine, dense grain allows it to sand and polish to a high, glass-like finish.
