Product Description

Suitable for inexperienced turners. Wood is typically tan or white in color. This species is moderately hard. Grain can be straight or wavy. Cutting requires sharp tools. Sands to a high lustre, finishes easily, and is stable when dried.
Special Note:
These pieces may occasionally contain light mineral stain or an ambrosia streak. Curly figure runs through at least 75% of each piece.

   Kiln dried to below 10% moisture content
   End grain sealed in wax to maintain moisture content
   Protective wax seal guaranteed for 30 days
   Guaranteed defect-free (Full quality standards listed below)

Good people to deal with prompt shipping everything as advertised some beautiful, beautiful wood. The only negative thing I have to say is that by the time UPS gets everything from the US East Coast to Oregon. The boxes are almost falling apart. Other than that, I’ll continue to do business with people who take care of me.

Better than described. I didn't use these for turning but for making a desk nameplate. Very nice looking wood. Well preserved with wax in the ends to prevent any splitting. Would order from this place again.
