Product Description

Recommended for experienced turners. Wood is typically dark brown in color with some tan colored sapwood. This species is hard, dense and straight grained. Cutting requires sharp tools. Sands to a high lustre, may require some care in finishing,and is stable when dried.

These pieces may occasionally contain light curly figure.

   Kiln dried to below 10% moisture content
   End grain sealed in wax to maintain moisture content
   Protective wax seal guaranteed for 30 days

Black walnut Bowl blanks

Ordered 7x4 black walnut blanks. Turned 4 of them out was very easy. And finished nicely. It matched what I had which I was concerned with cause this was a set of 8 so they needed to match as much as possible. I will be ordering again from this seller when I'm in need... Thank You. Jim K.
