Claro Walnut Burl is cut from the burl growths of Claro Walnut (Juglans hindsii), a premium hardwood native to California and the Pacific Northwest. Claro Walnut is prized for its rich color palette, outstanding workability, and beautiful natural figure. The burls formed on these trees produce some of the world's most spectacular turning material, featuring intricate swirling grain, clusters of burl eyes, feathering, and marbled patterns that make every blank truly one of a kind.
