Recommended for experienced turners. Wood is typically light pink or tan in color. This species is moderately hard. Grain can be straight or interlocked. Cutting requires sharp tools. Sands to a medium-high lustre, finishes easily, and is stable when dried.

Drying Tips:

This wood contains some residual moisture, but is dried to 15% or lower moisture content

   Kiln dried to below 10% moisture content
   End grain sealed in wax to maintain moisture content
   Protective wax seal guaranteed for 30 days
